We stayed in a wheelchair accessible unit, but the bathroom flooded heaps when we showered. Staff were friendly, and the location was sweet as near the marina.

The room was large with good views to the North West across the marina and the bay, making it quite pleasant. It offered easy lift access to the 2nd and 3rd floors, which is a plus for those lugging around gear.

On arrival, the smell was off-putting, resembling dirty mop water. The bathroom showed signs of neglect with grime present, and we found leftover food in the fridge from previous guests. The toilet setup wasn't ideal, and for a room booked for four, the sofa bed was uncomfortable and needed making up ourselves.

the hotel's excellent location allowed me to easily stroll to Cafe de Laos just a few steps away and enjoy the scenic walk around the nearby pond, making it a perfect starting point for my city adventures.

The location was unbeatable, with easy access to local attractions. The spacious room offered an inviting atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The friendly staff provided excellent service from check-in to check-out and even offered helpful tips about the area. I also enjoyed the stunning view from my balcony, which made for a beautiful backdrop after a long day.

I did notice a few spots that could benefit from a deeper clean, especially in the corners.
